Prior to arrival we will provide you with your own access code to the front door.
Guests have access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms, with the exception of the owner's closet located on the first floor. Enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay with full privacy in every other area of the home!

• This is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Cigarette, marijuana, or any other form of smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
• Guests must be at least 26 years old to book. A valid photo ID is required and will be verified through a secure third-party service.
• As part of our guest screening process, you will be required to choose one of the following:
– A non-refundable damage waiver of $150, or
– A refundable security deposit of $600
• For your safety, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras—including a doorbell camera at the front entrance and a rear-facing camera toward the street. These cameras monitor only outdoor areas and are used solely for security purposes.
• A noise decibel monitor and an indoor smoke detector—capable of detecting cigarette and marijuana smoke—are installed in the home. These devices are designed to maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Please respect the no-smoking policy and keep noise levels at a considerate volume at all times.
• Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the owner’s closet on the first floor, which is locked and off-limits.
• Although we are out-of-state, we’re always available by phone, text, or email to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay.
