Centrally located, you're just moments from the sports complex, beaches, & major attractions like OWA , Gulf State Park, Bon Secour, The Wharf, & Tanger Outlets. The space
Welcome to Coastal Gameday Cottage, your peaceful beach retreat nestled on the border of Gulf Shores! Built in 2021 and recently renovated, our one-level home offers a spacious floorplan and all the amenities you could desire. With ample outdoor space, unwind on the patio or savor morning coffee while soaking in the Alabama Breeze.

Step inside to discover a thoughtfully furnished interior with comfortable boho modern décor, creating an open and airy atmosphere. Perfect for groups of friends, families, or sports teams, our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a full kitchen, cozy living room, and a garage converted into a game/family room.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a brand-new memory foam mattress, a 55-inch Roku TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 offers a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress & a 43-inch smart tv, while Bedroom #3 features a 32-inch smart tv, trundle bed with both queen and twin size memory foam mattresses. Additionally, there's a full-size pull-out sofa in the living room and a twin-size rollaway bed available in the garage.

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need, from dinnerware and cookware to a coffee bar stocked with your favorites. The garage/game room is equipped with a couch, foosball table, board games, books and toys.

Outside, enjoy lounging out back with 3 lounge chairs and gather around the fire pit on the patio with 4 Adirondack chairs. There is a charcoal grill out back as well. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.

We also provide a pack n play, highchair, beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and beach toys for your use free of charge.

Conveniently located just a few miles from major sports complexes, Gulf State Park, OWA, The Wharf, and Tanger Outlets, as well as only 6.5 miles from the beaches, our home offers easy access to all the area has to offer.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the home and garage. The garage is a game room and the garage door cant be opened and is not available for parking. Parking must be outside in the driveway.

- We will ask you to start the dishwasher and remove all trash from the unit. you prefer not to, let us know and we can offer you the premium cleaning rate that does not involve a few quick check out instructions. We like to save you money

- The house is a 1 story with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- Late check out with not be possible. Please book one more night if you need a late check out
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am.

Additional rules

• This is a smoke-free, pet-free property. Smoking, vaping, and use of marijuana or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside or on the premises. A smoke detection device has been installed to detect cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors.

• Guests must be at least 26 years old to book, and the primary renter must stay at the property. No exceptions will be made. No refunds will be issued for anyone attempting to book under this age requirement. No unregistered guests are allowed.

• Photo ID verification is required for all guests prior to check-in. IDs will be verified through a secure third-party service.

• A signed rental agreement is required before check-in details are released.

• As part of our guest screening process, you will be required to choose one of the following:
– A non-refundable damage waiver of $150, or
– A refundable security deposit of $400

• For your security, the property is equipped with exterior cameras—a doorbell camera at the entrance and a driveway camera facing the street. These monitor only the exterior of the property.
• We’ve also installed interior monitoring devices for noise and smoke to help maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Noise levels must remain low after 10 PM to respect our neighbors.

• Driveway parking is available for up to 4 standard vehicles. U-hauls, RVs, trailers, boats, jet skis, and buses are not permitted on the property.

• Check-out time is strictly enforced. If you require a late checkout, please book an additional night. Late checkouts will not be possible.

What's Provided
• Starter supply kit is provided for your convenience. Please plan to bring extras for longer stays.
– Each bathroom includes: 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 bar of soap
– The kitchen includes: 1 dish towel, 1 roll of paper towels, sponge, 1 packet of dish detergent, 1 packet of laundry detergent, a small bottle of dish soap, and 3 trash bags
– Beach towels are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own

• Baby gear available: A high chair and pack-and-play are available for your use. Please bring your own sheets for the pack-and-play.

• Beach gear included: Guests may use 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 beach wagon during their stay. Kindly return them in good condition to their original location each day.

• Garage converted to a game room: Enjoy access to games and toys during your stay. Please ensure all items are returned to their original spots before checkout.

• This property is cleaned and inspected prior to each arrival. Ongoing housekeeping is not provided during your stay, but we are happy to assist with any concerns that may arise.

• While we are out-of-state, we're always available by phone, text, or email to assist with any questions before or during your stay
