You can also take a short walk to some of the best local restaurants, hit the popular beachside mini-golf course located just three minutes away, or borrow a bike from the host and take a ride through the Backcountry Trails.
The space
Coastal Sol is a tranquil beach house nestled along the shore of the gulf coast. This brand-new construction home offers a spacious floorplan and filled with all the amenities you could want. With plenty of outdoor space you can relax on the patio or enjoy morning coffee while taking in the Alabama Breeze. The interior is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable boho modern décor and plenty of windows allowing for the natural sunlight throughout the home. Perfect for a group of friends, couples or large families seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home features a full kitchen, living room, and game room, complete with 4 arcade games, an assortment of books and board games. The first floor features two bedrooms with king size beds, and upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with two queen beds and the other with one queen, each with their own full bathroom. All the bedrooms and living spaces come with Roku TVs for your entertainment.
The house is in a prime location, just a short biking distance to Gulf State Park and a five-minute walk from popular beachside mini-golf and some local favorite restaurants, such as the Ruby Slipper Café, Doc's Seafood and Live Bait. If you are looking for more entertainment, The Wharf and OWA Amusement Park are only a short drive away, and the internationally known Flora-Bama is just a seven-minute drive.
Additionally, the home offers five dedicated parking spots and three additional guest parking spots, a covered back patio leading to the fenced-in yard with a dining table, and access to community amenities such as a zero-entry pool, fire pit, and putting green. Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except the owners closet downstairs. Guests will also have access to community pool, fire pit and putting green.

- We will ask you to start the dishwasher and remove all trash from the unit. you prefer not to, let us know and we can offer you the premium cleaning rate that does not involve a few quick check out instructions. We like to save you money
- There are 5 dedicated parking spots in the front of the house. The side of house has 3 additional spots dedicated to guests
- There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.
- Late check out with not be possible. Please book one more night if you need a late check out
• This is a smoke-free, pet-free property. Smoking, vaping, and use of marijuana or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside or on the premises. A smoke detection device has been installed to detect cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors.
• Guests must be at least 26 years old to book, and the primary renter must stay at the property. No exceptions will be made. No refunds will be issued for anyone attempting to book under this age requirement. No unregistered guests are allowed.
• Photo ID verification is required for all guests prior to check-in. IDs will be verified through a secure third-party service.
• A signed rental agreement is required before check-in details are released.
• As part of our guest screening process, you will be required to choose one of the following:
– A non-refundable damage waiver of $150, or
– A refundable security deposit of $600
• For your security, the property is equipped with exterior cameras—a doorbell camera at the entrance and a driveway camera facing the street. These monitor only the exterior of the property.
• We’ve also installed interior monitoring devices for noise and smoke to help maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Noise levels must remain low after 10 PM to respect our neighbors.
• Driveway parking is available for up to 5 standard vehicles. U-hauls, RVs, trailers, boats, jet skis, and buses are not permitted on the property.
• Check-out time is strictly enforced. If you require a late checkout, please book an additional night. Late checkouts will not be possible.
What’s Provided
• Starter Supply Kit: A complimentary starter kit is provided to help you settle in. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
– Each bathroom includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 makeup remover wipes, and 1 bar of soap
– The kitchen includes: 1 dish towel, 1 roll of paper towels, a sponge, 1 packet of dish detergent, 1 packet of laundry detergent, a small bottle of dish soap, and 3 trash bags
– Please bring your own beach towels, as they are not provided
• Baby Essentials: A high chair and pack-and-play are available for your convenience. Please bring your own sheets for the pack-and-play.
• Beach Equipment: Guests are welcome to use the beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 beach wagon provided. Kindly return all items to their original place at the end of each day.
• Bikes: Four adult bikes are available for guest use. Please ensure they are securely stored away at the end of each day to avoid damage or loss.
• Local Guidebook: An information binder will be available at the property with curated recommendations for nearby restaurants, activities, and attractions to help you make the most of your stay.
